Creator & Developer
JULIA NOAH MAKHLIN
I create LapLapLa and am growing it into LapLapLa AppLab — an independent studio where ideas become web and mobile applications.
I’m interested in products that are genuinely useful and enjoyable to use, from educational experiments to tools for everyday life. I design interfaces, shape product logic, and build applications from the first idea to a working product.
LapLapLa keeps growing, and I’m open to new projects, collaborations, and partnerships.
What LapLapLa is
LapLapLa is an interactive creative and popular-science platform for users aged 16 and over.
- cats explain complex topics in simple language
- capybaras tell book stories
- raccoons explore countries and maps
- parrots introduce music from around the world
- dogs help people look at art without boring textbooks
I want learning to create curiosity, not stress. I want people to open one more tab not because they have to, but because they genuinely want to know what happens next.
Why this project exists
I always felt that the internet explains complex things either too dryly or too superficially. LapLapLa is my attempt to connect:
- education
- visual storytelling
- internet culture
- AI tools
- humor
- a sense of play
It is a project about curiosity, creativity, and the right to ask strange questions about the world.
Collaborations and contact
I am open to creative and educational collaborations, partnerships, media projects, and interesting ideas.
If learning through stories, visual language, and interactivity feels close to your work, I would be glad to connect.

About the project and authorship
LapLapLa was created and is developed by Julia Noah Makhlin as an independent author-led project.
I work on the platform concept, interface development, content creation, and the educational system behind the project.
